Would you like to drive to the next level of Scania’s infrastructure services? We are a group of highly skilled and motivated people who work together to develop and innovate Scania’s enterprise solutions focusing on global infrastructure solutions such as Virtualizations platform(both VMware and x86 server), Data Protection/Backup, and Storage, (file, block, object).

One of our main challenges is to be proactive and reactive – we need to deliver stable, long-term solutions and respond quickly to new needs and technologies. How to utilize the public cloud to the advantage of Scania is a key challenge going forward. Our enterprise services are an enabler for many things: day-to-day work, autonomous vehicles, automation, business continuity, and much more.  Our teams are in the process of moving to more versatile and proactive ways of working. Your role as Group Manager


• You will become an active member of an awesome management team, where we work tight together to reach our organizational goals
• Ensure that the group actively develops in our strategic direction with inclusion and transparency
• Ensure that the team stays relevant and is perceived as an excellent enabler for Scania
• Inspire business initiative by celebrating and sharing success stories encountered by you and your team
• Support and direct the team to make the right priorities
• Help develop your team members by actively coaching and motivation
• Develop our enterprise team into a global center of excellence
• Recruit new talents in collaboration with the Scania Talent Acquisition department

 

Your profile
You are genuinely passionate about coaching people and good at leading, and driving change forward. The leadership style you apply brings you to trust both with your own team and other stakeholders. A Servant Leader trusts the team to take the correct choices and make decisions. You are not afraid to make your own decisions and have tough dialogues when needed, as well as work in an agile way. To succeed in this role you have previous experience in a leading role, Swedish and English language skills are required and relevant technical knowledge is a huge merit.
