Position Description:
Aftermarket Technology contributes to delivering aftermarket solutions in terms of products & services to all Group Truck brand customers. In Aftermarket Technology we are close to the service market, understanding their needs and expectations in a workshop environment, as well as providing uptime services for our end customers. Our engaged teams have a holistic view of the transport solution and the opportunities it brings.

The Project Office within Aftermarket Technology (AMT) leads the development of aftermarket solutions. This means product and portfolio management with focus to deliver maintainable solutions. The Project Office consists of two teams of project managers with high aftermarket engagement and technical knowledge. You would leading one of these teams.

The team’s main task is to lead and manage the full deliveries from the site and functions, including spare parts handling, service information, diagnostic content and maintainability requirements. Even though working from Gothenburg, a close cooperation with the other sites is required, to optimize plans and delivery targets. The project managers in the team also work very closely with other departments at Group Trucks Technology (GTT), and networking is key to success. Main tasks:
Your task is to lead the team in a transformation from Project to Product focus by taking a clear accountability for optimization of deliveries towards the benefit for our customers and the product perspective. You are expected to take a stand with regards to product readiness and have a view on the needed activities to be performed and delivered. You are expected to develop an organization with strong accountability and with an internal drive to continuously improve, build knowledge and understand customer needs as well as truck and services usage.

As AMT PO manager, you will represent AMT in various product and technology forums within GTT and you will a key member of the AMT reference group and represent AMT in Pulse meetings. In this position you will be part of the AMT Site Gothenburg management team, and report to the Director AMT Site Gothenburg.
