Scania is now transforming from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete sustainable transport solutions. The electrification trend within the automotive business is moving rapidly. Who we are
We are the Logistics Team working to launch and operate the future battery factory in the new plant.
We are a great team of women and men with a mix of backgrounds, experiences, competencies and nationalities responsible for the Material Handling processes in the Battery Production Unit.
We work together with the Battery Project organization where our challenges are to produce the actual generation of batteries for electrical vehicles and support the launch of our new factory where we will produce the next generation of battery packs. We are motivated to find solutions together!

What we offer
We offer an interesting job as Group manager Logistics in the Material Handling organization. At the moment, we are building a new battery factory where we will produce Modules, Battery packs and Electrical Cables Harnesses which are the key components for our electric vehicles. The factory will be equipped with many automatized equipment regarding production and Logistics as well as automatic storage and AGV.

My name is Frédéric Saba and I have had different management positions at Scania internationally within Scania for the last 14 years. I get motivated by developing teams and finding the talent of each person, to be able to coach people in their continuous learning. Your profile
You have an academic background in Production and Logistics or other relevant education. You have previous experience in operational and personal responsibility, preferably in a production or logistics environment. You can communicate in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
You have a big production and Logistics heart, and constantly strive to develop our employees, our working methods and methods to reach set goals. As a leader, you are a good communicator, who is responsive and could inspire, motivate and develop your environment. You are engaged, curious and well-structured and work as a servant leader securing that your team fill the gaps needed for the solutions required.
