Group Production Controller to Dellner Couplers in Vika, Falun

We are looking for a person with controlling and accounting skills related to industrial production and is driven by engaging others to achieve results.

Responsibilities as a Production Controller with group focus
Dellner has 5 larger production/assembly sites and ~16 additional service centers around the globe. The headquarter with 190 employees is located in Vika outside Falun. Many of these 190 employees work to a large extent with global focus. In Vika is also one of the assembly sites, as well as the company’s R&D, located. Total amount of employees globally is around 1100.
Your responsibility and tasks will mainly be about establish controlling and follow up routines, both overall and by coaching and learning your colleagues at the production and service sites. Your focus is on the unit Product Realization including Operations (Production & Logistics), Engineering, Project Management and Procurement, which includes > 50% of the total number of employees.
You will enter a daily business where analysis today are often performed on demand. You will set and clarify the structure. Specific tasks are for example:
→     Follow up and analyze financial performance
→     Prepare and communicate internal financial reports
→     Perform project follow-ups
→     Provide analytical support to Senior Management
→     Coordinate and prepare budgets and budget/forecast processes
→     Contribute to Product Realization’s strategy and objectives
→     Support with various financial tasks to improve the performance of the finance function


Your background
You have at least some years of experience from controlling, preferably production oriented controlling from manufacturing industry in an international environment.
You have a university degree in Finance/Accounting or similar education and know the accounting as well as transfer pricing effects, calculation of production costs etc.
You have worked in and understand the setup of integrated ERP systems. However specific experience of M3, which is the system you will use at Dellner, is not needed.
Since you work in controlling today, we don’t even need to mention Excel. You probably love it!

With your accounting knowledge and experience from analyzing production processes you know which analyses are relevant in the specific case, you have the ability to see what key ratios are missing today as well as getting the processes in place. You also know this is only done by interacting with people, both to increase your own understanding of the production processes and to convey your knowledge.
You like this diplomatic, educational and social part of your position. You may have to challenge others views and are confident enough to take decisions.
Being part of a management team within Operations you find stimulating since you will be able to contribute with your financial competencies as well as engage in the overall business decisions.
