As a grower you will be on the front of our daily operations managing daily tasks and routines on site. You will help overcome obstacles and come up with hands-on solutions whenever necessary. The ability to interact with your team and colleagues, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is essential.
Grower personality:

Needed qualifications:
• Background as greenhouse technician or industrial background
• Knowledge in agroecology
• Experience from indoor farming using inert hydroponic systems
• Experience from hydroponic farming without using soil.
• Experience from farming only using artificial lightning (LED)
• Experience from farming with zipgrow systems
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Speaks good English
• High level of organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under stress

We are now looking for a grower that will work at Plantagon´s City Farm #1. The farm combines highly efficient vertical farming with modern technology and data science. The farm is located in the old archive beneath the Stockholm DN-Huset.
