Hansoft (http://www.hansoft.com) is a Swedish software company with offices in Uppsala, San Francisco, Kyiv, Tokyo and Ho Chi Minh City. Some of the most innovative teams around the world depend on Hansofts expertise and apps in order to realize their vision.
With our new product Favro (http://www.favro.com) we're bringing agile to all - helping teams become hyper-adaptable and allowing organizations to become more organic in their way of working.
We are now looking for a talented and ambitious Growth Hacker / User Experience Designer to join our team in Uppsala and help us find new and effective ways to reach new users and activate our current users, by creating the best collaboration software on the planet. You will be part of the Favro Growth team within Hansoft, which could consist of software engineers, designers and testers. This team is lead by the Growth Director, to whom you will report.
We are not looking for someone with a background in branding, strategy or media buying. Nor are we looking for people who only specialize in one specific area. We are looking for people who know that done is better than perfect, and that you can only test & learn from doing.
That said, there are a few areas that we would love more firepower:
- A general feel for business development and marketing
- SEO & Landing Pages
- Email Marketing (event-based and drip campaigns)
- Online Ads (AdWords, Twitter & FB)
- Influencers / Social / Marketing outreach
