Haemophilia Training Lead

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
Conduct in close collaboration with the HQ functions, EMENAR and the Countries ongoing competency requirement assessment across the TA to define & continually update a core curriculum by role:
·        All cross functional staff dedicated to haemophilia, covering all cross functional training needs, ie: Medical, Scientific Affairs, Commercial and Patient Access; other relevant supporting functions (e.g Safety, Clin Ops, Regulatory) at the approved request of their line manager
Manage, coordinate, design and fully evolve core curriculum to including as a minimum:
·        Core Haemophilia Training (HTC), Advanced Medical Training (AMT)
·        Product certification
·        All SOP training needs, including Compliance and Good Communication Practice training in alignment with the TA Commercialisation strategy
·        Localised train the trainer programme executed to effectively pull through core training
Defining and designing the annual needs based training programme for all dedicated haemophilia staff:
·        With cadence/duration of events to meet standards and expectations defined in agreement with TA leadership
·        Working with content providers to align content to meet the core curriculum and TA commercialisation strategy
·        Ensuring use of active and diverse training approaches to cover different learning styles
Leading the execution of the training programme from organisational and live perspectives:
·        Provide guidance to the content providers and cross functional agreement the scope of their input
·        Make/facilitate connections to external speakers and agents participating in the training events
·        To some extent work with administrative support to arrange training logistics, plans and bookings for delegates and presenters
Ongoing training and development programmes for all haemophilia dedicated staff:
·        Supporting allocation/selection of people to participate in Sobi specific developmental courses
·        Provide guidance for on the job training and coaching to people managers in country for their field staff
Active participation in all required head office based teams and sub teams.
Operate with high ethical standards in line with the Sobi corporate values (Care, Ownership, Partnership, Urgency and Ambition) and SOPs by ensuring ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, and adherence to those regulations and policies
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
·        Experience from working in a similar role in the pharmaceutical/life science or similar industry is beneficial for the role
·        Training competence, CIPD accreditation
·        Field facing role experience (experience as KAM, Sales rep or similar or experience as an MSL or similar seen as an advantage)
·        Experience from working in a L role
·        Cross cultural working appreciation and experience
·        Budget management experience
·        Experience/education as trainer/working as trainer in the pharmaceutical industry is seen as a plus but not necessary
Skills/Knowledge:
·        Fluency in written and spoken English
·        Additional European language skills are an advantage
Personal attributes:
·        Cross cultural awareness, effective communication and team working skills, good social skills
·        Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty
·        Indirect leadership capabilities, ability to influence and delegate without a direct leadership mandate
·        Project management experience
·        Excellent coordination skills
·        Ability to see the big picture
Location
The position preferably will be based in Stockholm, Sweden
