About The Role

With business acumen, forward thinking and strong leadership, you will be responsible for developing, growing and managing BPO business. The role requires you to have good knowledge of Funds, Securities, Pension, Savings domain. You work both strategically and operationally with a clear focus on driving efficiency, delivering results and ensuring that customers are satisfied.

In the role as Head of BPO you will:

- Lead and support your team
- Develop and implement BPO Service Portfolio (descriptions, delivery model, set-up, KPI)
- Drive Pre-Sales
- Create and further develop business plans (pricing, strategy and models)
- Handle customer satisfaction and Escalation management


Technical Requirements

- Hands on experience of BPO operations within financial services
- Good understanding of Fund, Saving domain and Equities
- Ready to take the next step into a leadership role
- Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English

- For this role you will be employed by our customer.
- Salary: Fixed
- Scope: Full time
- Start: As soon as possible taking into account your notice period
- Location: Malmö, Stockholm or Gothenburg, travel may occur
