Head of Digital Sales

The Head Digital Sales position will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital sales and also the digital marketing strategy of the brand in the Scandi-region together with Head of Brand And Marketing Director.

The main objectives are to grow the company digital revenue and improve guest experience according to the marketing activity calendar in Scandinavian markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway).

The digital sales channels include Home Delivery (White Label and 3rd Party Aggregators), Burger King App, Click & Collect, In store Self-Ordering Channels (Kiosks), and developing CRM & loyalty programs.

Also, you will be our subject matter expert guiding and training the organisation as well and sub-franchisee partners and in you have one person in your team that you lead and develop.

Job description

-       Main responsible for all Digital sales touchpoints (Home Delivery, App, Mobile Ordering, Self-Ordering Terminal) across Scandinavian markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway)

-       Developing Digital Sales & Marketing strategy and initiatives to grow digital sales and improve guest experience

-       Enable you and your team member to execute Digital Sales & Marketing Plan according to the strategy

-       Lead digital sales marketing promotions, offers and campaigns designed to drive sales growth and new user acquisition through digital ordering channels.

-       Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals and KPI´s

-       Manage 3rd Party Aggregator relationship including marketing promotions, innovation & partnership

-       Utilizes strong analytical ability and collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and consumer touch points

-       Collaborate and initiate business meetings with internal support functions and external clients to achieve desired results related to department’s projects

-       Manage allocated budget and timelines

Requirements:

-       Progressive and extensive work experience in digital sales & marketing from foodservice, FMCG or retail industry, or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

-       Foundational knowledge of principles related to digital sales management, a demonstrated understanding and application of sales & marketing techniques.

-       Ability to translate data into insights for actionable growth

-       Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

-       Energetic, passionate, and a strong desire to build an emerging brand

-       Excellent time and project management skills, a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-       Comfortable presenting high-level reports to senior management.

-       Relationship skills to be able to work across all different steakholders (teams, franchisees, external aggregators).

-       Prepare annual budget and manage operating expenses pertaining to brand assignment or assigned function.

-       Prepare management reports.
