Head of Finance

Natural Cycles provides the world’s first and only certified contraceptive app - a revolutionary approach to family planning and women's health. We are on a mission to educate and empower women to take control of their fertility and future, championing a vision where every pregnancy worldwide is wanted.

We are now looking for a Head of Finance with solid professional background, to enable our financial platform for the next level of growth. You will work together with the CEO and your team to ensure that our finances and processes are in place to support our ambitious expansion plans. Nothing gets by you when it comes to accounting and finances.

Your tasks:
Take overall responsibility for our finances in operating countries (Sweden, Switzerland…for now)

Overall responsibility for our books

Revenue reconciliation & tax reporting to relevant authorities

Implement and optimize financial procedures (invoicing, accounting, payroll)

Manage our outsourced accounting in multiple countries

Payroll for employees in several countries

Cash management (intercompany transfers)

Implement and manage internal control systems

Design financial setup for expansion in to new markets

Conduct yearly external audits

Investor & board reporting

Budget & financial planning

Manage existing team members



Professional skills:
Minimum B.Sc degree in finance, accounting or business administration

Proven track record of 3-5 years of progressive financial responsibility

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional proficiency English language skills

High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance

Strong IT skills

Experience from subscription & digital businesses
