Would you like to lead and develop a Nordic HR Country
Services organisation within Tetra Pak?



The Head of HR Country Services will be responsible for driving and developing services to the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will lead a team with 7 experienced and highly skilled HR Country and Factory Representatives specialised in labour law, labour and government relations, local policies, local reward services as well as reporting and
compliance. Your scope will cover strategic coordination of team activities, as well as play an important role in more complex negotiations and activities. You will work closely with business leaders and different HR stakeholders, especially with the HR Service Centres delivering excellent operational HR services to the geographies.



Description of your main responsibilities:

You will lead and develop a high performing team of HR Specialists, and be overall responsible and accountable for managing and developing the HR Country Services Team according to the Tetra Pak HR strategy. You will guarantee the quality and application of benefits across the geography, and secure compliance to local labour laws. You will also implement and govern applicable local country policies and drive the labour law strategy. Other tasks within your scope covers to manage government relations, handle changes in country regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring compliance within relevant legislation.



What we expect from you:

- To be successful in this role you have a strong personal drive for results and the ability to motivate and develop others. You will be working in partnership with many key
stakeholders internally and externally and your collaboration, engagement and leadership skills will be essential. You are comfortable working across functions, geographies and levels

- You are an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge in the areas of local labour law and reward and experience in managing relations with unions, government, and immigration authorities. Apart from Sweden, we believe you have covered other geographies in your previous roles.

- You are a strong leader and we highly value former managerial experience. You have the ability to be responsive and persuasive at all levels of an organization. As a leader you are balanced, driven and has the ability to coach your team and the management through complex issues and make recommendations that are consistent with HR strategies, policies, procedures and employment laws. Others would describe you as a dynamic, positive and flexible team player with a natural ability to lead others. You possess a high level of integrity and autonomy, used to taking the lead, prioritising and planning. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and have a track record of driving change and have successfully built relationships with internal clients,
colleagues, authorities as well as external partners. We believe you enjoy the diversity and cultural aspects of an international environment and have a personality suited for the challenges that holds.

Duration and Location:

The position is permanent and your work place will be situated in Lund, Sweden. You will report to the HR Operations leader of Europe Central Asia, Middle East and Africa. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
