Your role

To meet the expanding needs and demands of Saab IT, we are looking for a manager to lead and be responsible for the area Identity Access Management (IAM). You will be part of Saab IT reporting directly to Head of Enterprise IT Services and part of the management team.



As a manager your focus will be an end to end responsibility for the service delivery within the area. You will have Service Managers as primary direct reports. Key accountabilities;



* Daily operation, meeting set service levels for attached services to the area
* Service budget and forecast,
* Establish Service Roadmap and maintenance plans via connected services and business demands
* Manage development of the services according to set roadmap
* Closely follow market trends and continuously updates the services area skills and capabilities to be able to take Saab into the future.
* Responsible to find bets usage of resources delivering the service via partners or internal resources
* Drive service continuous improvement DevSecOps methodology and agile way-of-working.



As a manager your main tasks are:



* Develop and coach your staff to meet both present and future needs within the IT organisation.
* Keeping on top of market and technology evaluation within your area making sure Saab utilise the best technologies available.
* Maintain and develop a broad network of relations both within SAAB as well as with suppliers and Industry colleagues.
* Develop and manage methods and processes within your area.





Your profile

You are already today a skilled manager and business leader. You are comfortable being accountable for a delivery and executing and enabling the strategy set by the Saab. Integrating policies across several departments, as well as contribute to strategic policy decisions. You also promote openness and trust and you have the courage to make tough decisions, putting business first, but also addressing the people side when challenges occur.



Required skills:

* Academic degree in IT/Systems Management/Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager.
* IT Service Delivery and financial responsibility.
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal, written and presentation.
* Business acumen.
* ITIL Process enhancement and business alignment.



Desired skills:

* Broad technical knowledge preferably within the area of Identity and access management.
* Managing third party vendors and developing partnership.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Experience in driving change.



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
