Head of Information Security and Group IT

Time for a change? We at Medius are constantly working with change when we deliver improvements of our Invoice Automation solution every month using a true multi-tenant cloud solution to our customers. If you know Information Security, used to managing IT projects and are willing to take more responsibility we have the perfect change for you since we now have an open position for this role. As Head of Information Security and Group IT you will be a part of our Cloud team constantly working with listening to our customers and based on this feedback facilitate improvements. You'll report to our Director of R&D. The role currently involves 2 direct reports.


What You'll Be Doing:
-Improve and manage our information security program.
-Manage Medius' Group IT making sure that Business Needs are met.
-Manage the company's compliance and certifications with information security management systems, such as ISO27001
-Responsible for risk assessment programs to identify the company's critical computing and data assets, and ensure they are protected.
-Manage larger IT projects within in the Group.
-Responsible for the Group IT budget


What You Need to Bring to the Table:
-Knowledge of information security and compliance related issues
-Experience of information security policies and standards, preferably ISO 27001
-Knows IT operations including processes and tools
-Experience in IT technologies such as network administration, system administration, application development, database administration or data center operations
-Excellent Project management skills with focus on delivering good results.
-Good understanding of ERP systems.
-Experience of leading teams
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
-Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar or equivalent work experience


Location: Stockholm or Linköping. Some travels are required.
