What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions.
 



Your role
Within organization Supply Chain, a part of the Sourcing and Production division, we are now seeking for a Senior leader with a demonstrated history in working with Quality. You should possess the skillset to be able to infuse energy into employees, reach ambitious targets and bring the Inspection department to a new level. The role includes responsibility for personal as well as budget, work environment and it also includes responsibility for reaching the organization KPI:s. You are furthermore accountable for maintaining and developing our processes and working methods together with the group. Total number of employees within the department are 10+ and you will report to the Director of Supply Management and be part of the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:• Translating Saab, Surveillance and Sourcing & Production strategies into clear and well communicated targets for your organization• Leading according to SAAB´s organizational values• Full responsibility for results within your area, which includes safety and health, quality, delivery capacity, efficiency and finance• Coaching and development of abilities and competences in your team • Empower your employees through value driven leadership• Ensure progress of our diversity targets and promote an inclusive atmosphere

Your skills and experience
• Master of Science or adequate educational or working experience• Minimum five years of experience from working with Quality and broad understanding of IPC standards. • Proven ability and interest in leading, developing and challenging employees• Skills to combine strategic thinking with operational actions• Skilled in communications• Excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English 
This position includes access to classified information, therefore you are required to conduct a security screening in accordance with the Protective Security Act and be approved for security clearance by the authority.
