Head of IT Security

Your role

IT Security is one of the cornerstones for security within Saab as it supports the IT organisation in implementing Saab IT Security requirements.

As Head of IT Security, you report to the CIO and your role includes two main responsibility areas:

* Global coordination and support for IT Security
* Accountability for the IT Security Services delivery from Group IT

As Head of IT Security you will be an active part of Saab's IT Governance to ensure security aware decisions and relevant frameworks that help Saab secure the right level of IT security in all parts of our global business. You will also be responsible for personnel security and physical security where applicable in the Group IT line organisation.

You will be located in one of our locations in Linköping, Alvik, Göteborg or Växjö.

Your profile

To take on the challenge as head of IT Security at Saab you are a socially skilled person with a high degree of integrity. You are comfortable in taking decisions and you take pride in your interest for the area of IT security. Furthermore, you keep yourself informed about changes in legislation or requirements within your area of responsibility. Modern IT security processes for IT with zero trust; secure cloud technology etc. should be familiar to you.

You know best practice for cyber- and IT security as well as basic knowledge of IT architecture and you are well acquainted with current and future needs for information technology. You have good knowledge of the threats posed to a company like Saab.

For the role of Head of Global IT Security, you need the following skills and experience:

* Master of Science or equivalent work experience within relevant area (Business, Computer Science or related field)
* Several years of experience working in high-level management roles, preferably in a global and technology intense business with high security requirements
* Deep understanding and experience of applying cyber security frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST, CMMC etc.)
* Knowledge about IT Service Management and agile working methods
* Knowledge in Project Management

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
