HOIST Finance is recruiting a skilled and driven Manager with System management capabilities, to manage the corporate system portfolio. The Head of IT Systems will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and be part of the Group IT Management Team.The Head of IT Systems ensures adherence to master plans and schedules; develops solutions to software problems and ensures systems meet expectations regarding functionality, quality and costs. The Head of IT Systems will provide strategic direction and be responsible for the strategic oversight of IT systems throughout the group, manage the systems portfolio, the relationships with suppliers and work tightly with the Head of IT Services and the Head of Project Management Office.

Work closely with Hoist IT Management to oversee and review quality of core deliverables, including but not limited to Status Reports, Charter, Schedules, and other key stakeholder presentations and communications.
Manage budgets to ensure key stakeholders are aware of budgetary compliance and/or incompliance and where issues have been escalated.
Act as a point of escalation to address systems areas with variances from budget, customer satisfaction issues and other issues including executive management concerns.
Focus on creating and implementing methodology and templates for software development.
Lead third party consultants who are performing software development to ensure there is consistency in delivery.

Din bakgrund:



Hoist Finance is looking for a candidate  with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with at least ten years of relevant System Management skills.
Strong organizational, leadership and problem solving skills are required along with having sensitivity to the multi-cultural characteristics of a global IT organization.
Ability to work with senior leadership in a strategic context.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple areas of the business.
Flexibility to travel.
Solution oriented with high integrity.
