Head of Lending Governance

- Lead Lending Governance in Group Lending that is responsible for Swedbank’s lending products in all of our four home markets. The responsibility includes both the development and the management of the products, as well as the lending processes.
- Be a leader who builds trust, inspires people and shows courage.
- Manage a team of 7 employees who all are experts within the field.
- Be a part of the management team of Group Lending.
- Define and continuously improve the governance model including the operational way of collaboration between Group Lending and other parts of the Group, as well as within Group Lending.
- Secure alignment in Swedbank in the Lending area and follow up the quality, cost and regulatory compliance in the products.
- Coordinate and support sustainability and regulatory initiatives in the lending area.
- Coordinate operational activities in Group Lending.


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
- Demonstrated experience from the lending area and regulatory expertise.
- Understanding and skill set of stakeholder management.
- Leadership experience.
