We are currently a team of 18 based in central Stockholm with a wide range of backgrounds and extensive experience from building and growing tech companies, Psychology, Psychometrics, Data science, Engineering, Product Design and Sales.

With the current events, there is a strong global trend for companies to quickly improve and digitise their core business processes, this is of course also the case for HR and Talent Acquisition teams. The turmoil caused by this pandemic has brought on many challenges, but have also created new exciting opportunities. For one, we can all see that digitisation of "the future of work", across all industries, has accelerated in the last couple of months.

What’s the opportunity?
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our marketing and growth strategies. You will be able to roll up your sleeves to get started and will over time have the resources to build a team, internally and externally, to help you execute on the strategy you develop.
What will I be doing?
You will work directly with our CEO, Head of Sales & Customer Success, and the rest of the management team and you’ll be directly responsible for our online presence, lead generation, and sales enablement programs and thus feed a complex go-to-market machine.
To be successful, you have to be passionate about our vision, positioning the brand, developing marketing materials and storytelling consistent with that positioning, and executing a well defined go-to-market strategy.
Example work in this role:
Lead generation. Feed the sales team with high quality sales opportunities
Own and drive all our customer-facing channels - website, webinars, PR, blog, social, SEM, SEO etc. “Pick one channel and dominate it”
Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption.
Build thought-leadership. Drive the evolution of our brand positioning and establish Alva as the thought-leader in this industry. Bringing the brand to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with our mission and values as a company and that motivates our target audiences. You will promote the company as an innovator to the press and public and oversee outbound customer-facing communications across our website, blog, any customer-facing content, and social channels.
Build relationships with key partners. You will nurture existing relationships with key partners, aligning on mutual goals, and driving adoption through a variety of co-marketing efforts.

What skills do I need?
You are a self-starter, organised, and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritise your work.
Strong analytical and communication skills. You are comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your ideas and results.
Demonstrable experience from developing and executing go-to-market plans, targeted paid advertising, online and offline events, and content marketing (white papers, webinars, customer case studies, and social, etc.)
Ideally, but not a pre-requisite, marketing experience from another B2B SaaS company.
