In the role of Head of Network Cloud & Continuous Delivery, you will be heading the Network Cloud & Continuous Delivery within NSD. You will be accountable for Telia Network Cloud domain development and Continuous Delivery area in Telia Company in 6 countries. You will be supervising leaders in an organization of +60 highly qualified employees. You will also be a key member of the NSD Leadership Team and will support NSD in our ongoing change journey. You will head one of Europe's biggest network cloud operational and development perspective and you will be coordinating cross-domain needs related to Network services Quality assurance areas incl DevOps environment and Ci/CD/CT tooling’s and pipelines.
Furthermore, as the Head of Network Cloud & Continuous Delivery you will define the present and future Network Cloud evolution, propel the work related to definition and implementations of the technical path, and to wanted position in Networks. You will also be responsible for one of the key enablers, Continuous Delivery praxes in our software network platform adapting a Quality Assurance processes for best-in-class user experience. One of your main tasks is to move Network cloudification strategy to execution towards full cloud-native, and implementation of the relevant steps to get there. You will support and handle the key partners and suppliers in this journey. You will also be a key member of the NSD Leadership Team and will support the Head of NSD in our ongoing change journey.
Main responsibilities:
Design, development, and engineering for higher speed and quality within Network Cloud and Continuous delivery areas
Accountable for the LCM of the Cloud platforms
Negotiating, agreeing, and maintaining SLAs, OLAs, and underpinning contracts with the Business and third-party support organizations (vendors)
Aligning teams to support different Value Streams in the organization
Long-term competence development plan within Network Cloud and Continuous Delivery area to secure needed organizations capability for the roadmap execution
Support Service units and PAs in securing execution path into Could native platform based of new technologies
Support Solution Management with key infrastructure and QA skills and delivery

Your Experience:
Master of Science or similar education
Deep technical knowledge of Mobile Networks. +10 years’ experience in networks, working in network development or operations roles
Experience of management on executive level and strategic work on a company level, including a proven ability to supervise and motivate people as well as develop professional cross-functional collaboration
Proven experience in supervizing and guiding teams in technical and complex environments through change
Skilled data core network competence
Experience in Agile WoW and DevOps, the SAFe framework, and ITIL
Fluent English, both in writing and orally
