The Customer & Commercial Solutions team ambition is to create value by developing and operating digital solutions that make life easier for our customers. Our team is part of SAS IT & Digital who is responsible for Distribution, Digital Development and IT within Scandinavian Airlines.
The organization has 120 employees and is primarily located at SAS Head Office at Frösundavik in Solna, just outside Stockholm.
 
Head of Offer & Order Solutions
The landscape in airline sales & distribution IT solutions is changing, and several industry initiatives are shaping the way airlines sell their services in the future. We are adapting to the changes by setting up a team to drive development of our core commercial solutions and are looking for an experienced airline IT leader to join us on this journey. If you are looking for challenges in a complex environment of highly strategic importance – welcome to our team!
As leader of this team you are responsible for developing the team, both employees and consultants, the deliveries and operations of the IT solutions related to the area, stakeholder management, vendor management and budget. Your team is located both in Stockholm and Copenhagen.
We expect you to:
• Define and communicate team vision, goal and roadmap – based on overall strategies, customer needs, market trends and stakeholder input
• Deliver efficient, high quality IT development and operations, on budget
• Lead, inspire and develop your team and individual employees, attract and retain talent
• Establish close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure success in achieving business goals
• Build partnerships with external vendors and manage and develop IT agreements in co-operation with our sourcing team
• Share your team’s competence across Customer & Commercial Solutions teams to ensure seamless, innovative and agile development across all SAS channels
• As part of the Leader team – contribute to the overall goals, strategies and plans
Offer & Order Solutions team scope includes IT solutions for Revenue Management, Pricing, core sales processes, Payment and Revenue accounting and related areas.
If you have experience from a similar position within the travel industry, your background includes IT development and business relationship management and you are an experienced leader you are welcome to apply. We are looking for a leader who is strategic, driven, loves challenges, and has excellent communication skills to join us at Customer & Commercial Solutions.
