We are looking for a new Head of Operations Project Management! Are you an experienced people manager looking to take part of an amazing growth journey? Then you should keep reading! As Head of Operations Project Management you will take part in the site leadership team reporting to the Head of Operations. You will have two managers reporting to you, with a total team of around 30 people.
Responsibilities
You will lead the department of Operations Project Management and the project portfolio development, making sure that the project deliveries are in alignment with business needs and the Site Master Plan. You are expected to decide on project methods and working procedures, as well as ensuring continuous improvements within the project management organization.
Your responsibilities include:

Setting and following up on the direction, long-term goals, and project budget, for the department as well as contributing to the leadership team

Driving continuous improvement of the business and work processes
*
Providing project management support to applicable parts of the organization, as well as assigning and delegating tasks to meet project and activity plans
*
Securing required competencies for the future by providing development opportunities for current employees, as well as recruiting top talents to the department
*
Providing technical expertise to support the organization as well as leading critical projects/initiatives and driving the technical development in applicable areas
Requirements
To be successful in this role you have at least five years of experience from management positions and profound knowledge and experience from change management and project organization within an industrial setting. You have experience from the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and solid experience of leading operational projects. Experience of working in a global setting is strongly meriting.

You likely have an academic education within Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or similar and are fluent in English. Training or knowledge in Industrial Economics & Management is desirable.
