Head of People & Culture


You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

EDI is key for us. We currently have over 50 nationalities, about 50% women and our employees come from all kinds of business backgrounds. We want to build a culture and spirit where it is expected to take risks and strive for new ideas.

You’ll lead a team of dedicated HR & EDI professionals, as well as facilities, training and a small IT team based in Amsterdam, Maastricht, Barcelona, and Gothenburg,

We’re present in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy and Sweden.
This position is based in Gothenburg, and you’ll report to our CEO who is also based in Gothenburg.



What you'll do

- Develop and implement long-term people strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy securing our long-term growth

- Change & Transformation

- Lead Lynk & Co's continuous work regarding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy

- Ensuring compliance with local laws and requirements

- Manage the HR, EDI, Training and Facilities teams, as well as the IT team supporting HR

- Building and enabling a unique and disruptive culture

What you bring

- Extensive experience in leading workforce transformation including culture change, health and well-being, and senior leadership development

- Knowledge about international Human Resource Processes (EU), employment legislation, and legal regulations, preferably regarding the seven countries where we operate

- Ability to find pragmatic solutions and new ways of working as well as the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Communication skills to communicate complex matters to the public

- Ability and willingness to travel for work

You are a passionate people-person loving the challenge of finding new ways to HR; being solutions-oriented and innovative. To succeed in the role, you need to enjoy an environment where things are not 100% settled, but where you rather are a vital part of defining how to work now and in the future.
