Head of People & Performance to AWX Group

Today, we are around 100 employees and our engaged and passionate co-workers are the core of our company and key to our success and continuous development. By offering them the best possible conditions for engagement and performance, we secure that we will reach our ambitious long-term goals. Therefore, we are now recruiting a Head of People & Performance (HPP) to AWX who can set the agenda for all our People & Performance processes and routines moving forward.

As HPP, you will be the driving force in building our People & Performance processes both on a strategic level as well as supporting our managers on an operational level in all People & Performance-related areas. Our HPP will be part of AWX management team and will work in close collaboration with CEO as well as with HPP at Academic Work in order to share best practice and get inspiration on how we build successful People & Performance processes for AWX.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Set the People & Performance-agenda for AWX and implement and develop processes and routines within the area alongside with ensuring that we have the right support systems to provide the best conditions for engagement and performance for our co-workers
* Implement, manage and follow-up yearly employee survey and set standards and routines on how we work to continuously get feedback from our co-workers during the whole year
* Offer operative support and provide guidance to our managers when dealing with all co-worker related issues, such as matters related to sick-leave, labour law, performance or similar
* Recruit top talent to key positions within AWX and set structures for onboarding/introduction, succession planning and career paths internally
* Be the data protection specialist for AWX

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Postsecondary education within HR, economy, organization or other relevant for the position
* At least 3 years of leadership experience acting as team manager/manager
* At least 5 years of operational experience as HR-manager, HR Business Partner or equivalent with experience from close cooperation with management group
* Experience of working with a clear responsibility for ensuring development and implementation of different projects or tasks
* Knowledge and experience of working with Swedish labour law
* Professional level of English, both written and spoken

Our new HPP is someone with excellent communicative skills who can offer support and guidance to our organization and has the credibility to communicate direction and structure for others to follow. You want to build our People & Performance processes from scratch, with good input from our colleagues at Academic Work, and find motivation in working in a fast-paced environment where things happen quickly. You build strong cooperation and relationships with all levels in our organization and understand and can respond to the needs of a fast-growing entrepreneurial company. Of course, being a co-worker who strongly relates to our company’s values is also a given!

* Place: Our office in Lindstedtsvägen 24. In June 2018 we will move to a new location in Norrtull, Stockholm

* Process: The recruitment process will include competency based interviews and tests, case with recruiting manager and reference checks. We have chosen to keep the process open for both internal and external candidates.
