Head of Product
The Head of Product is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in both mobile and PC game development at Glorious Games Group AB. Working closely with development, design, engagement, and marketing, the Head of Product will help create strategies and systems for organizing and producing consistent, excellent projects in an organized and timely manner.

The Head of Product will need to take concepts and ideas and turn them into highly developed, high-quality products by navigating the cross-discipline development and commercial teams.

As part of the management team, which is small and works closely to oversee every department, the Head of Product will have the opportunity to influence and inform the policies and practices of the office and be a major decision maker when it comes to the direction of the company and the work environment.

Responsibilities
- Advanced ability to develop creative strategies to direct creative work, demonstrating creative leadership and sound underlying strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results and leverage corporate strengths/capability
- Excellent management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Work with creative and technical peers to develop specifications, implementation plans and schedule of a product
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams
- Drive ongoing evaluation of project status and optimization of production and operational systems
- Identify and mitigate product risks / dependencies

Qualifications
- At least ten years of work experience within the industry, with extensive experience in both mobile and PC gaming.
- At least two years of experience as a senior producer or senior studio manager.
- Experience and ease working within a multi-cultural, international work environment
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written, oral, and social)
- Ability to take care of ambiguity and to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently.
- Ability to pitch and land new approaches and ideas
