Head of Production Controlling

Our Finance department within E.ON Heat Sweden in Malmö is looking for a Head of Production Controlling
The Finance department at Heat Sweden is responsible for financial steering and production controlling for the Heat Business unit in Sweden and also the interface towards IT and Procurement as well as coordinating the operational development of the company. The unit is headed by the Finance Director, and has 3 departments; Functional Controlling (6 FTE's), Production Controlling (7 FTE's), and Operational development (1 FTE).

Your main task as a Head of Production Controlling includes:


Leadership of six colleagues.
Develop individuals and the team.
Follow up and analysis of function Productions financial results.
Planning, forecasting, budgeting,  book closing. Prepare and run QBR meetings at different levels.
Take an active role in the Management team for the function to drive performance of the unit.
Analysis of specific investment cases, as well as entire portfolio for the function.
Optimization of business and operations
Support in decision processes, initiate and run change initiatives and strategic initiatives.
Risk management and interface towards our energy trading organization
Primary support and back up in Örebro, but also in general supporting the team.


 

The role is preferably based in Malmö, but also Stockholm, Norrköping or Örebro can be an option for the right candidate. You will report to the Finance Director E.ON Värme Sverige AB and will be a member of Management team for function Production / Indirect reporting to Head of Production for Heat Sweden. Frequent travelling within Sweden required.

To succeed in this role would require:


MSc in Finance or Engineering or equivalent
Documented experience from management/leadership positions
Experience from Controlling in an asset heavy environment
Experience and understanding of energy trading, and the energy system in general
Experience from Risk management
Experience from working in matrix organizations
