Head of Project Control

Alstom in Sweden sells and supplies a wide range of products such as gas and steam turbines, hydroelectric power systems, generators and gas treatment plants as well as trains and other products in the field of transport.

Main Duties
As Head of Project Control you will ensure effective controlling and reporting of the projects, both in execution and warranty phase, belonging to various Businesses within Alstom Sweden.

You will also ensure adequate controls, processes, systems and appropriate resources and skills within the team required to meet the Business needs. A main task will be to influence, mentoring and develop the team as well as communicating, resourcing and overseeing the day to day work.

The position is stationed in Växjö or Norrköping.


Qualifications
You have an Academic background in Finance or Business Administration. You have experience of controlling activities and management. As a person you are a communicative and influencing leader with a business focus. You are proactive, result- and deadline driven. You encourage and innovate ideas and recognize your team
