Nu Creatives client ('the company') is one of the worlds' best production companies, described as 'in a league of its own' by Ad Age and Creativity, and they are also the most awarded company ever by the FWA. On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Head of Sales, for their Stockholm office.

Job Purpose:

Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with direct and agency clients in their market (Scandinavia/Europe) for Digital and TVC projects. Responsible for new and existing sales activities for which increased revenues / profits will be realized, while upholding the mission and values of the company, as a whole and their production company roots.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with New Business Prospect Clients and other company teams on RFP's, meetings, presentations, etc.
- Assists in defining goals for new business development with the company.
- Advocates knowledge of and supports the companies' mission, culture, production standards, etc.
- Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on new market / business leads and opportunities.
- Initiates and manages effective relationships with selected, developed leads on an ongoing basis.
- Manages multiple new business prospects and key client relationships.
- Assists in recommending, establishing, and being accountable to implement strategic and / or tactical new business marketing plans designed to achieve the companies' goals and objectives.
- Evaluates market research and adjusts new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Contributes to developing and maintaining a prospect database.
- Providing strategic leadership and direction to the company teams with regards to:

- Organic account growth
- Sustained and meaningful client engagement
- Client events participation
- Optimizing performance and maximizing ROI across multiple accounts for the company and its clients
- Overseeing the successful execution of client-direct and agency projects
- Work closely with the company teams to inform client relationship direction & priorities based on client feedback
- Evangelize the company

More specific / notes:

Will work with ongoing business as adversed to project sales. See every end of a project as a beginning of a new, and a possibility to expand relationship, not as an end of project.

Examples of tasks:

- Being a part of a tactile and strategic group that manages the external communication such as newsletters, PR activities, events/parties etc.
- Represent and present the company as a public speaker at industry events.
- Identify their industries' top decision makers and systematically feed them with their latest jobs. This can be done via Keynote presentations, informals meetings (lunches/dinners) etc. I.e. build and maintain personal relationships.

Industry Knowledge (digital/TVC production ie be up to date and understand the latest digital productions and directors), Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, High Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.
