HEAD OF SALES INDEPENDENTS NORDICS

As a HEAD OF SALES INDEPENDENTS NORDICS you would be responsible for the off line distribution and business development (excluding online channels) in Nordics. Responsible to deliver country objectives in location growth ? from signing to activation of agent.

The role covers Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland

?Responsible for target settings, budgeting and forecasting as well as identifying Independents development opportunities for retail agents within the countries.
?Sales Management ? Responsible for the full team of Sales within the country / region
?Sales Recruitment ? Recruiting, managing, coaching and developing the team
?Sales Strategy ? Responsible for developing, and implementing a sales strategy at a country level.
?Sales Development ? Responsible for identifying and recruiting Independents agents (1 - 10 locations) for the region.
?People Management/Leadership ? Responsible for managing, motivating, coaching and mentoring those within the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

?5 years of relevant sales & marketing experience (consumer service industry) in Retail industry (Travel, Retail Financial Services, Merchant acquiring, Logistics, Retail supply chain, FMCG)
?Min 2 years of experience from Peoples management
?Proven track sales records & experience with selling products or services to medium/large retailers, ideally with an existing portfolio/network of contacts
?Logical approach to planning process coupled with relentless attention to detail and follow through
?Experience in working with and managing and developing relationships with Agents
?Proven Sales & Negotiation skills
