We offer
An exciting opportunity to influence the development of the Maersk Liner Business organization in Scandinavia. As the HR manager for the brands Maersk Line, Safmarine and Seagoline and part of the senior management team in the cluster, you will have a chance to positively impact both the business development in the cluster as well as the working life of close to 200 people.

We have over the past years embarked on a leadership journey, focusing on setting and developing the right organization and team of leaders to deliver optimal business results through extensive empowerment and intrinsic motivation.

Scandinavia has been and want to continue to be on the forefront of developing leadership in the global Maersk Liner organization. Your role will to facilitate that cultural journey while ensuring our HR services along the way continue to be world class.

You will also be part of the North Europe regional HR community - one of the largest business units of Maersk Line globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Staff responsibility for HR senior business partners in the cluster
- HR business partner for several departments including the Managing Director
- Responsible for all training activity, including our cross business unit mentor program
- Responsible for leadership & talent development
- Responsible for all recruitment
- Responsible for compensation and benefits in the cluster
- Ensure full legal compliance in all three countries in all HR related matters

Who we are looking for
- A minimum of 7 years of experience within HR from an international company
- University degree in HR, BA or similar related field of study
- Strong proven leadership and staff development capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build partnerships across various business units, functions and different organizational levels
- Strong knowledge of Scandinavian labour laws
- Proficiency in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages
- Willingness to travel regularly between our offices in Oslo, Aarhus, Copenhagen and Gothenburg
