Main responsibilities:
Head of Special Projects reports to the Head of Digital & IT and works as a member of the management team.
In this role, you will be driving global Digital & IT projects in the Battery and Charging areas in Volvo Energy.
These projects will include, but are not limited to;
· Projects for Public charging
· Projects for battery decision engine & battery energy storage systems (BESS)
· Digitalization projects in Sales and Services

What are the qualifications likely required to be successful?
To succeed, we believe that you have a generalist profile with a cross-functional background and that you are an excellent communicator with real talent for cultural integration.

· Experience in business sales management with customer and business-oriented mind-set
· Ability to demonstrate a clear vision, global mind-set, and successful people & culture leadership
· Demonstrating a high level of competence in Volvo Leadership Principles - Lead with Passion, Perform with Purpose, and Transform with Vision.
· Fluent in English, written and spoken.
