Head of Staffing

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals through phone or tablet. KRY is on a mission to build a better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives the patient the best possible health care experience, regardless of location. We already have hundreds of thousands of happy patients in Sweden, Spain and Norway and we are expanding internationally.

We are looking for a world class team builder to head up the Staffing organization at KRY. The staffing organization handles the core operations at KRY: the doctors that serves our patients!

Responsibilities:

- Manage the global staffing organization, including recruiting, onboarding and scheduling of doctors, across all KRY markets

- Scale and develop team fast in all locations (from currently 8 ppl)

- Build, implement and improve business processes in all areas of staffing

- Identify and implement best practices in the local staffing organizations, and facilitate continuous best-practice sharing across countries

- Build and foster KRY’s employer brand and increase KRY’s attractiveness as an employer towards the medical doctor and care communities

- Be the ultimate responsible for the supply and quality of doctors to the KRY platform

Candidate profile:

- >6 years of work experience in a fast-moving environment, perhaps in an operations role, as a sales leaders, or within the staffing or headhunting sectors

- Proven track in hiring top talent and building large high-performing teams, preferably in multiple countries/locations

- Experience from leading large teams, preferably in multiple locations

- Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity and solving problems – dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place

- Fluent in English and Swedish (additional language skills are a great plus)

- Passion to change the way healthcare works!

Location: Stockholm with travels

Employment: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

You will report to the Head of Medical Operations. The role will be based in our centrally located Stockholm office with more than fifty fun and ambitious colleagues.
