Attract, Recruit, Resourcing & Talent Development, HP, is a Corporate HR function, with the vision of Scania becoming the employer of choice.

Talent Development is a new department within HP function, with the future responsibility to:


• Support a cross-functional Talent Development within Scania
• Set standards and definitions for Talent development including succession planning and thereby contribute to identify, develop and engage key Talents globally within Scania
• Map existing Talent programs in every Business Area and thereafter define and implement cross-functional Talent programs for Scania
• Take ownership for Scania career paths for leaders/management positions
• Map existing expert career paths
• Take measures to harvest and retain Scania investments in Talents

As the new Head of Talent Development, you will be able to influence the future Talent development and cultural change together with us. You will be a member of an engaged and committed management team for Attract, Recruit, Resourcing & Talent Development, HP and work with us with the vision to become the employer of choice.

Your Profile

You have a proven record of working with Talent and People Development, as well as competence and skills needed to succeed in this area at Scania. Your integrity is unquestionable. You have the right judgement and willingness to work according to the Scania leadership principles and teamwork spirits. You understand that over time the success in your team depends on the people and how you develop them. You are outspoken, independent and motivated. You take your own initiatives, are passionate about developing Talents and used to consistently delivering both short- and long-term results. 

Proficiency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish.
