Head of Treasury Front Office

We have an opportunity for you to join Nasdaq's Treasury Team as Head of Front Office (FO). The main objective for the FO team is to conduct well-balanced financial risk management.

As our next Head of Front Office in Stockholm, you will report to the Head of Treasury EMEA/APAC where you will head up a team of two people. Together with your team, you will be responsible for asset management including managing funds in Nasdaq's regulated entities, i.e. regulatory capital and client contributed funds, all FX execution, internal bank transactions, intercompany funding as well as supporting various business areas of Nasdaq.

The major part of the assets under management are fixed income instruments with low market and credit risk and it is, therefore important that you have extensive experience from this market. Furthermore, a major part of the portfolio relates to Nasdaq Clearing AB's margin and default fund contributions and you will be required to not only manage these funds, but to also participate in default management exercises and potential default events. As these activities are regulated by the Swedish FSA and overseen by the Central Bank of Sweden, you will be required to communicate and report to regulators on these matters on a regular basis as well as to Compliance and Risk within the organization.

The Treasury Team in Stockholm reports to the Corporate Treasurer in New York where half of the Treasury Team is located. Being part of a multinational team and company, we believe that you have an open and agile mindset to contribute in areas other than your pre-defined scope. Additionally, you have strong internal drive, motivation and have a track record of leading and motivating people.

The Best-Suited Candidate:

* Several years of experience from a multinational corporate treasury, a bank, a credit institution, a fund management company or similar.
* Excellent knowledge of and experience in trading and managing fixed income instruments
* Good knowledge and experience from FX management
* University degree preferably within Finance
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular
* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) is a requirement

Meriting Experiences:

* Managerial experience
* Experience and understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flows)
* Experience with market data, trading platforms and treasury management systems (Bloomberg. 360T, Quantum etc.)
