Your primary focus will be on supporting and coaching the team members in their development plans and help building bridges throughout the organisation. The daily operations is the responsibility of the POs in your group, but in case of conflicts of interest you will step in and remove organisational obstacles.   
You will be part of a management team with many fabulous colleagues, with varied experiences and personalities. Together you work with them on the employee journey within the area of customer digitalisation.
