Someone who’s both equipped and eager to create awareness and drive leads by building long term and profitable relationships between our brand and our customers. About the job
Once you join us in this role, you’re responsible for developing and optimizing our Sandvik Coromant website and our demand generating activities. This includes setting a strong demand generation strategy, that accounts for every touchpoint in the journey of current and potential customers - with full focus on conversion optimization. You constantly implement activities to grow our website traffic and optimize UX, and you work closely with other marketing teams to define and execute nurturing streams, digital marketing and drip campaigns.

Furthermore, you secure development, planning, execution and monitoring of organic traffic and all paid digital marketing campaigns. Constantly exploring innovative ways to ensure the best mix to drive conversations and engagement with our target groups is another important item on your agenda. You also craft actionable insights from complex data to leverage decision making, track our contribution to the overall business revenue and ensure a profitable growth for Sandvik Coromant.


­To be more specific you:


Establish efficient collaborations across all relevant functions to develop and execute a strong digital marketing program and activity plans that combines both technical and content elements
Drive our lead lifecycle management and identify opportunities for our sales organization to act upon
Optimize our web platform and online services to ensure best in class customer experiences and business effect
Ensure compliance with local legislation such as GDPR



You’re a transparent, supportive and motivational leader for your own team, and a valued member of the Global Marketing Management team - where you contribute to our strategic marketing direction and objectives. You report to the Vice President Marketing and Communications, and the location for this position is flexible between one of our Sandvik Coromant offices, such as Stockholm (Sweden), Düsseldorf (Germany), Halesowen (UK), Katowice (Poland), Mebane (US) or Milano (Italy) to name a few. Global travel is required.

About you
We’re looking for someone with a broad background in the field of marketing, and especially from demand generation, web development and global campaign management in a fast paced B2B environment. You know how to drive digital marketing and marketing automation, and you combine a deep analytical and data driven approach with traditional marketing skills as you influence our strategy with insights, agility and new perspectives. You have extensive experience from marketing automation tools, CRM applications and digital platforms, and your knowledge is grounded by a degree in marketing or business. Additionally, you’re comfortable with management level interactions and you have the experience – or the skills and ambition – to lead and develop both teams and individuals in different locations globally. As we operate on the global stage, your English skills must be exceptional.

You have a holistic mindset – enabling you to think big while also having the ability to break it down to pieces. Your sincere and inclusive approach help you build trust, and you’re very skilled at creating engagement and driving change. Naturally, you’re both creative and highly tech-driven, and you challenge us to help us make smart and speedy decisions based on solid analytics and insights.
