Responsibility:
- Lead safety walks
- Risk assessments
- Incident management, incl incident investigations
- Safety training of both employees and subcontractors
- Fire safety & First aid lead
- Management of competence database
- Other health and safety related work tasks
Requirements
- Strong insights of the tunneling and/or infrastructure business as well as in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety laws
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a Health and Safety role
- Fluent in written and oral English and Swedish
- Driving license
- Self-going, problem-solving and innovative capabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
