EU-Supply develops and markets one of the leading platforms in Europe for electronic procurement. Our Headquarter is located in Sweden with offices in UK, Norway, Denmark and Estonia. EU-Supply is expanding and has recently won several national framework agreement and as well as large customers in Europe, which means we need to expand our helpdesk with a dedicated helpdesk member and office assistance who will work from Stockholm.

1st line support/office assistance in our web system, mainly for our Norwegian speaking customers
We are looking for a person who would like to work partly as a Helpdesk co-worker in our procurement system, mainly supporting our Norwegian customers and partly as an Office assistant.

Responsibilities 1st line support:
In the role of a helpdesk co-worker you will help our customers with simple IT issues such as password reset and guidance in the system. You will also prioritize incoming cases and involve relevant person/department when needed. It is important that you are a communicative person and talented for managing customer relationships via telephone, e-mail and our support system.

Responsibilities office assistant:
In the role of an office assistant you will help to maintain a good office environment like handling the post, ordering supplies and assist the CEO.

As a person you are service minded and responsible and have a positive attitude both towards customers as well as your colleagues.
Work description:
* Handle customer calls
* Monitor, review and handle customer emails
* Answer questions and give guidance
* Escalate cases to the correct person/department
* Prioritize and handle different request, internal and external
* Order office supplies and buy consumables
* Take care of guests

Requirements:
* Fluency in speaking and writing in Norwegian
* Very good skills in speaking and writing in English and Swedish
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in using Internet web system
* Upper secondary education

It is an advantage if you have experience working in help desk, customer service or call center.

Working Conditions:

We have modern and spacious top floor office with a huge patio overlooking the rooftops of Vasastan, conveniently reached by bus and metro. The role is full time, and we prefer that you could start on short notice.
