We are looking for a Controller to our distribution center in Borås. We need you to plan and optimize our work – are you ready? We offer you a place in a fast moving environment where your accuracy and goal-oriented mind comes well in hand.

As a Controller at our distribution center, you get a leading role in our organization, in close cooperation with our DC manager. You are responsible for working proactively with continuous improvement as capacity planning, forecasting, monitoring, monthly financial statements and budget.

The job of an Logistic Controller H&M DC comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

- Lead the processes for business plan and budget
- Follow up on results and act on deviations
- Promote business thinking and train colleagues
- Keep the DC within budget
- Follow up numbers daily
- Plan the operation together with the DC manager, management team.
- Develop and implement reporting system
Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. In addition to that we are looking for someone with a business degree or equivalent education. It is essential that you have previous experience in warehouse process or experience from Retail. In a role like this, when part of the management team, you are inspiring and like to build teams in a changing environment. You are business minded and have the ability to see the big picture. As a person you are confident, self-motivated and responsible with a focused and driven approach. It's a given that you are an analytical person and that you deliver with high quality.
