Honda Nordic (Honda Motor Europe Ltd. Filial Sverige) is a branch of Honda Motor Europe located in Malmö, Sweden, with the main function is to provide service to Hondas sales organisations in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Baltics.

Job Description:
Your main assignment as Sales Area Manager is to, with basis in a specific geographical area, in this case Middle- and Northern Sweden, develop Honda car sales through our dealers and through own creative contributions.
Your frame of work is developing our dealers within all business areas with basis in an improvement plan founded in 4P;
- Profit - increase customer visits
- Process - improve business transactions
- Premises - develop facilities according to standard
- People - coordinate associate training

Specified main tasks include;
- For this specific geographical area, the Sales Area Manager is assigned the responsibility for 13-15 dealers
- Initiate, participate and follow-up joint/local sales activities
- Budget, forecast, follow-up and report
- Actively contribute and inspire towards good teamwork in the Honda sales team

Who are you?
You have at least 3 years work experience in an automotive manufacturer, national sales company or dealership. You have related university education or equivalent and your professional competence include some kind of field based retail networking and business planning with basis in budget, analysis and strategy. You are a skilled negotiator with experience of hands-on project implementation.

We work with basis in formal workflow thus it is important that you own good qualifications in regards to PowerPoint and Excel, in combination with strong administrative skills.
Furthermore we see that you own advanced knowledge of the Swedish and English language (written and spoken) as English is our corporate language. You have a high general computer competence and experience in any dealer management system is valuable but no necessity.
We are looking for a business minded person with an honest approach and high level of accountability who are result oriented and own the ability to balance priorities with tight deadlines.
The position as Sales Area Manager are field based thus the success factors include a high level of independence and structured way of working.
