Vision Service is looking for an experienced Housekeeping manager / Hotellhusfru for a beautiful hotel near Falkenberg.

We imagine that you have 2-5 years of experience as Housekeeping manager from one or more hotels. You see the hair and fibers that others do not see, and know how to remove stains and treat porous surfaces.

It is an exciting and challenging position where your experience will be used every day. Your welcoming and service minded personality makes you communicate effortless with the staff and guests, and you know what it means to achieve quality goals, and how to improve the cleaning quality.

Your strength is operational, and you have an understanding of the relationship between the operation and the economy. Vision Service focuses on new ideas, and you deal with an open and positive attitude to change you may not have influence.

You will be responsible for the:
Overall operational responsibilities for housekeeping department,
Quality check of rooms, conference and public areas
Staffing of the hotel's housekeeping departments
Responsible for working environment
Communication with the administration in Copenhagen

About you:
You need to have experience from a similar position from the hotel industry
You must be able to speak, read and write English effortless and Swedish is a plus
You are bursting of energy!
You create your overview by keeping track of the details so you can prioritize tasks on very busy days
You have experience with Excel and computers in general
