Inditex Scandinavia (ZARA and Massimo Dutti) is looking for an HR Administration and Training Specialist You will be a part of the HR team, working from the head office in Stockholm.The HR department's main role is to provide service and support to our stores in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.Your main responsibilities will include: TRAINING TASKS: -Active support in implementing the company corporate training programs and in the customization of the tools to the Scandinavian organization; -Directly involved in planning, organizing and coordinating training sessions for sales assistants and managers, in the stores or in the office.-Continuous follow-up of the results of the training session and periodical control on all the internal routines regarding training.ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS: -The resource will be able to supervise the correct process of distribution of the contracts in the 3 countries.-Writing down the draft of the contracts for the managerial positions inside the shops.Support in the drafts for bonuses and variable salaries.-Writing down other work certificates ADDITIONAL TASKS: -Responsible for the internal communication for the office and the shops; -In charge of reports and statistics for the HQ; -The resource will be involved in all the HR Special Projects, working actively in the HR Scandinavian Team.We are looking for a person with an educational background within preferably Human Resources.You have at least 2 or 3 years of experience working with Human Resources.It is desirable if you have been working in Retail and experience from working in an international company.It is valuable to have experience from working with Nordic Labour Law.You must have very good knowledge in writing and speaking English.As a person you are service minded, flexible and energetic.You need to have good communication skills and be organized.You must work in a structured way, always being accurate.You will have contact with many different people inside and outside the organization and therefore you must be comfortable in building relations and it is important to be able to and enjoy working in a team.We are interviewing candidates continuously, so please send your application as soon as possible.
