On behalf of the Vysus Group HR team we are now looking for an HR Advisor on a temporary contract with a duration of 6 months, full-time or part-time. In this role you will provide additional support when our Senior HR Advisor is part-time on leave of absence. You will work with the business leaders and employees, providing HR generalist and operational support to the business in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Spain.
The role:
As an HR Advisor with Vysus Group you will be part of a small global HR team and the role requires someone with a strong operational background who can take responsibility for driving tasks individually and in cooperation with the HR team. Vysus Group is a relatively new organisation, and this role requires an all-round professional to advise on the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and on-boarding to off-boarding, every day HR matters, coordination with payroll, employee relations, and coaching of managers. You will share your HR knowledge with the business and ensure that Vysus Group is working within the relevant frameworks and legislation and achieves a positive employee experience for our employees. You will be based in our Malmö office and work in cooperation with the wider HR team. Some traveling might be necessary, but you will mostly interact virtually with the teams via MS Teams and Outlook.
You will:
Provide advice to managers and employees on Group policies, local laws and terms and conditions when needed
Working closely with the payroll team; supporting with local law requirements
Support with employee relations and process improvement activities, while ensuring consistency in policies and practices and coordinate the implementation of specific service line projects
Work together with the other HR team members to support HR projects for Vysus Group to implement global and local initiatives
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, including keeping local policies up to date
Support managers and employees using the performance management process effectively
Support and actively participate in internal communications and employee engagement activities as appropriate
Support in development of HRM systems to fit local legislation (working hours, allowances, annual leave legislation)
Support on compliance and (statutory) reporting as required locally (I.e., Equality reporting, sick leave reporting)
Participation in elected representatives' groups in Scandinavian countries



We believe that you have:
At least a Bachelor’s degree (relevant field, preferably HR)
2-5 years of working experience in a complex high competence organisation (preferably multinational company) with hands on HR generalist experience
Up to date knowledge of Swedish labour and social security laws is a must (Danish in addition would be beneficial)
Experience in delivering labour policies and regulations
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and verbally)
Experience using MS Office
