HR Business Partner

Join our team
The last three years we have built up a common HR Operations function for all divisions within Epiroc Rock Drills in Örebro, with the aim to align the HR work and make a strong and efficient team. Now we are looking for a new team member to be part of this exciting and challenging journey.
Your mission
As HR Business Partner you are responsible to execute and support the daily operational HR activities in the hire to retire process. You will be working in our team of HR BPs and Senior HR BPs primarily with one division but also with cross divisional tasks. Within the HR Operations team we are also collaborating and working with the extended HR network to maintain alignment in the function.
Main work tasks
* Coaching managers in their managerial roles.
* Support managers with processes and tools.
* Provide support in labor law matters.
* Interact with unions and participate in negotiations when needed to support managers.
* Be part of and contribute to HR projects when needed.
* Support in implementing the leadership model and contribute to other strategic HR initiatives. 
* Contribute with a Business Partner approach in development and org structure discussions with managers.

Location
The position location is Örebro, Sweden.

Your profile
You take pride in the HR delivery and see a clear connection to our business results. You have a broad experience from HR roles and are curious and want to drive continuous improvement. You are experienced in working with labor law matters and your spoken and written Swedish and English language skills are very good. As a person you have a positive attitude and focus on the opportunities at hand. You are also motivated by interacting with people and providing advice. You have integrity and courage, and you are good at building relationships. For this role you need a university degree within the HR field.
