HR Business Partner

We are now recruiting a HR Business Partner to our Business Area Getinge Infection Control.

The position
In this position you will be responsible for Infection Control Business Area Support functions, You will also have the role as Project Leader HR Group & BA IC projects. You will secure that Group People Strategy is a well-integrated part of the business strategy. You will act as a role model for Getinge leadership and Corporate Values.

Your main deliverables and responsibilities will be:

• Identify organizational capabilities required to execute the business strategy in cooperation with the line management e.g. competence mapping, recruitment for growth mid & long term, leadership talent management etc.
• Understand / discuss the drivers of managers and leaders – what is critical if we are to meet our business goals so we can be a natural coach to management
• Ensure that all HR policies & processes are in place and followed & line management is trained etc.
• Work closely with HR colleagues to share knowledge, exchange experiences and address Group-wide issues;
• Project management: HR Group & IC projects: ensuring that projects deliver according to plan, scope, KPI, time and budget.

Travel is estimated to approximately 20 days per year.

The ideal candidate
The person we are looking for has good knowledge of HR, both from a strategic and an operational aspect. A holistic approach and a deep understanding of what it means to work in an
international environment are crucial.

Some of your key characteristics include:
• A minimum of five years’ experience from HR work in an international company and environment
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources or similar education
• Know how in implementing and securing deployment of People strategy
• Experience from recruitment & competence development etc.
• Experience from Project Management and Change Management
• Good English skills (oral and written)

As a person you are a good organizer who leads by a vision and who follows up and lives closely to the reality. Further, you have a high energy level together with a strong problem solving approach. An open-minded attitude and high integrity are other key qualities in the role.
