6 months consultant mission with opportunity for permanent position

Role Remit - HR Management & Business Partnering to Sweden
Key contributor to people process management and programme execution with focus on our Malmö office initially but also globally across King - you must be able to travel relatively frequently and sometimes stay overnight in locations

Reporting to - VPHR
Collaborating with - Recruitment, Finance, Legal, Immigration, Facilities
Key business Partners - VP Skill, VP Social, VP Mobile, CTO, CCO, GM, HoS BCN/ROM/POL
What´s to be delivered - Resource and Talent Planning, Organisational Design Learning & Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Performance & Reward, Culture, Service Delivery and information
Critical Behaviours - Driven to Deliver, Decisive Thinker, Curious, Skilled Influencer, Courage to Challenge, Collaborative, Personally Credible, Role Model

Previous experience
- Must understand Swedish and international operating practices
- Have experience in international HR practices
- Multisite HR and ideally been a Business partner in European or international remit
- Successfully Business partnered at least one senior BU leadership member through at least 2 strategy planning cycles
- Successfully business partnered a company through high growth
- Experience of working as a business partner in a well organised and structured company with High Performance processes
- Experienced in having a line manager in a different country
- Online and technology is a preference however any other fast paced complex matrix organisation is equally acceptable
IT literate, MSO, powerpoint etc. and be able manage and manipulate data in excel, ideally (but not essentially including vlook up and pivots)

Education
Minimum BA and HR qualification, Swedish and excellent English written/spoken language
