What do we offer
At People Experience Volvo Cars Torslanda (PX VCT), you will support and facilitate the business transformation to meet our future in strategical, operational and tactical HR deliverables. Volvo Cars Torslanda is the main production plant for Volvo Cars large car models XC90, XC60, V90 and V60. Volvo Cars mission is to produce high quality cars in a stable, efficient and environmentally friendly production process. PX VCT supports the organisation on all production shifts, day- evening- and night. 

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will join a group of 18 HR specialists. Together, the team support VCT managers in their change journey. The PX VCT team has the mission to drive the full people agenda in the management teams, with a focus to secure operational deliveries in the areas of people, culture, competence and leadership. 

To meet our targets, we are now seeking an experienced and skilled HRBP to join our team in the Torslanda Plant. In this position, you will work during the night shift.

Your key tasks 
Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and tactical HR support to managers in the entire VCT organisation. 
In your everyday work you will support, train and coach both experienced and new managers in all HR related areas, such as people, culture, competence and leadership. Furthermore, your job will focus on support in labour relations, rehabilitation, manning and also act as an internal educator in the organisation. The role also includes leadership and organisational development, as well as change activities. 

You and your skills
To be successful in the role, you have a university degree in Human Resources or similar, as well as a few years relevant work experience. Due to the nature of this position, we value experience in rehabilitation, labour and pedagogical skills. You are a team player who brings energy and shares your ideas and knowledge.  

On a personal level, you commit to deliver in time and with high quality. You get things done and like to work in a fast-paced operational environment. You can plan and prioritise with a flexible mindset. Furthermore, you have high integrity and excellent communication skills. You have the ability to work independently in a structured way. Of course, you are a curious person, and want to contribute to continuous improvements in all relevant areas. We also see that you are courageous and comfortable to challenge others. 

The VCT organisation is running on all shifts. Our company language is English, but we use Swedish within the production plant. Therefore, we expect you to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
