In the global world of NASDAQ OMX it is of the outmost importance to have a strong HR presence throughout the organization. We are looking for a HR Business Partner to support the Technology business at our Stockholm office. This is a temporary position for up to 18 months with start in June 2014.

NASDAQ OMX Technology is very much the core of everything we do. The organization spans over three continents and even if your focus will be on Sweden you will work on a global arena.

As a HR Business Partner you must cultivate rapport and relationships with the management team to develop deep understanding of the business direction and needs. General functions include rolling out Human Resources programs such as employment relations matters, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and educating and guiding clients on all human capital management.

You will work close with the colleagues in the Global HRBP organization and report directly to the HRBP lead for Global Technology. Together with global HR counterparts and clients you will also help in facilitating implementation of various HR programs, policies, guidelines, and projects with cultural differences in mind.

Qualifications
You have 5-7 years of HR generalist experience from an international, preferably American, organization and you are used to working in a global team, working across multiple functions and locations. You should have strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and praxis. If you have experience from a technology oriented business it will be highly meriting. You of course have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.

To suit this position you need to have a strong analytical mindset. Your personal drive shows by the way you take initiative and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. To succeed in the role you also need strong communication skills and not be afraid to take a leading part in client interactions.
