ABOUT THE POSITION

As Director of Human Resource at Benify, your goals are to recruit in line with Benify growth and, to develop leadership internally. You will do this trough support of our leaders and making sure that the HR function always works in line with Benify’s business targets.

You will have six people (four working full-time and two part-time) reporting to you. Your team has a great business mindset and knowledge of HR, and are highly trusted by managers and employees.

You will report directly to our CEO and founder, Markus Kullendorff; and for the right person have a seat in the executive management team.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are an experienced leader from an operative environment. Building relations and cooperating with others is something that comes naturally to you, as well as standing up for your opinion when needed. You have a strong business focus with a warm heart. You are used to an international organization. Public speaking, holding presentations and preforming in one to one meetings is something you do with a passion; and you can easily engage your audience.

You also:

• Have experience in recruitment (we expect to continue to grow +30% per year)
• Have a great knowledge of leadership and coaching leaders
• Have experience in project management
• Have a university degree within Human Resources, Business or equal
• Have handled challenging situations (both on an individual and organizational level)
• Are fluent in English, both written and oral.


Fluency in Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement. Knowledge of French or German is a great plus but not a must.

Benify is working on a challenging market with a complex environment and we’re expected to deliver results of good quality. Working towards these goals requires drive and a hands-on mentality, where you do what it takes to deliver results.

If we ask the rest of the HR-team, you should have a good sense of humor and can joke about yourself; otherwise, you will wonder where you ended up :). If you’ve been working for a start-up and/or an entrepreneurial company, you will feel at home.
