Your future is calling - HR Generalist - Convergys Helsingborg

As the first point of contact on HR related matters for both management and employees, the HR Generalist will provide advice and guidance on Policies, Terms and Conditions of Employment and the application of Employment Law. Transactional and HR administrative duties covering the full employee cycle will also be an integral part of this role. In addition, as part of the global HR community you may participate in global ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment - own and co-ordinate the recruitment process, including maintaining candidate database, arranging and conducting interviews, facilitating assessments/testing, reference checking, letters to candidates, etc. Attend and coordinate job fairs and conduct new hire orientation.

Payroll - act as link between payroll provider and managers, facilitate, administrate and drive payroll process and all issues related to that

Administration - absence management, gathering and analyzing data, ensure any employee changes are recorded correctly on the HR Database. General administrative support as required

Employment law - interpretation of law, collective bargain agreements and local agreements. Support the business in all related matters.

Business Relations - establishing a true strategic partnership with Business Leaders. Continuously work with managers across the business to ensure talent and business strategy and goals are aligned, use knowledge to coach and advise managers. Implementation of HR initiatives and processes.


Requirements:

Candidate must have:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources with 2-4 years related experience in Human Resources area.

Knowledge of Human Resources practices and methodologies

Fluent in Swedish and English

Good to have:

Experience from payroll administration

Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices

Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

As a person, you will need to have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deal with professionals at various levels in the organization. You will also need to be a great team player with high dependability and reliability. Drive and enthusiasm will be essential whilst working with high level of attention on detail. You will also need to be unpretentious and have the ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.

Last but not least, you need a large portion of humor.
