One of the HR-Generalsits will leave the department for new challenges, and therefore we are looking for a candidate to replace her. Job description summary: .Organisational development, recruitment, training and employee relations, performance management, talent management, succession- and development planning, compensation and benefits issues and communication..Manage the process of goal setting, planning and development and implementation of HR aspects..Drive and maintenance of HR Database and reporting the company's entity bonus .Training and development - support the development of commercial excellence..To manage the relations with the trade unions and to drive the negotiations. Qualifications: .University degree, preferably from the HR/organisation area (PAO) .Experience from working with HR-issues .Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish .Have interest in the business of DeLaval..Experience from the manufacturing industry is meriting. Knowledge and skills: .Independent with integrity and judgement .Team player with good social skills .Excellent communication and energising skills, structured and methodical You will be positioned at DeLaval headquarter in Tumba, Stockholm.
